  • Born on a wine farm, Heinrich made his first wine at the age of 8 years. When he was 14 years old, he could wait no longer. He left school and headed for France to learn at Domaine Bouchard Père et Fils in Beaune. By the time he was 25, his wines were being served on Luftansa 1st class. The Vollmer Trocken Riesling is a classic, dry style from his winefarm in Ellerstadt, Germany, as well as a proof of his dedication and skill.
