  • Appassimento is a unique wine style becoming very popular in Italy. It consists of semi-dried grapes fermenting on the skins to produce an intensly colored and flavored rendition of the grape delivering outstanding value and drinkability. Our Santodeno Sangiovese Appassimento has intense red color and red fruits with a soft, full palate.
