Calcareous marls

Tasting notes

Its medium-garnet with a presence of a brick rim foreshadows the complex fruit, rose petal, earth and spice of the aroma. The palate is well framed and balanced with a viscous texture leading to a long complex finish.

Food pairings

Exceptionally paired with northern Italian cuisine, especially Fettuccini ai Funghi, roasted meats, aged cheeses and risotto.
