Rosé

Grown in the diverse and sometimes stoney “galet” soils of Provence, world renowned for the early Rose’ wines from indigenous grapes, our Fete des Fleur Rose is made in the traditional way with characteristics of tart red fruits, brioche and wild berries.

Soil

Argilo sableux limoneux

Tasting notes

Salmon pink in color, our Rose of Syrah-Grenache-Mourvedre is bled off the skins in time to reveal aromas and flavors of subtle, fresh red berry fruits and the creamy texture of sur-lie ageing.

Food pairings

Great as an aperitif; sings with salmon and other oil rich fish and is one of the few wines that can pair well with asparagus and spinach.
Released in time for the French celebration of Springtime, the Fete des Fleurs or "Festival of Flowers" are in full bloom. Provence Rose often features as the wine of choice to accompany the closing of winter and dawn of a new harvest year.
