From the world renouned Cuvage winery in Acqui Terme, Acquesi Brachetto DOC is fresh, soft, balanced and long, with a delicate aroma of red fruits and baking spices.

Tasting notes

Acquesi Brachetto has an enticing deep-rose color with an elegant perlage. The bouquet consists of raspberry, cherry, and delicate rose petals.

Food pairings

In addition to the classic accompaniment of fruit cakes, it flourishes with the provocative idea of serving it with very spicy Indian dishes, aged cheeses and oily fish.

Mediterranean / Characterized by multiple microclimates that differ from each other in terms of temperature range, altitude, rainfall, ventilation.

SOIL:

The vineyards are located on the hilly ridge that goes from Acqui terme to Nizza Monferrato passing through the amazing hills of Castel Rocchero, located at an altitude between 250 and 350 meters above sea level. A large part of the soils that give life to our Cuvée are characterized by light limestone marl while the minority part has a strong sandy component. The different microclimates affected by this selection of musts offer a complete photograph of Brachetto.
