It displays a bright, pale yellow color with aromas of peach and nectarine. The palate is fresh, mineral laden and continues with fresh peach, peach pit and citrus.

It's ideal as an aperitif, served with light grilled fish, or Pasta Primavera. A delicious and pure Pinot Grigio fit for long dinners and dishes such as linguini topped with white clam sauce, pad thai chicken, chicken fajitas, and the like.

WINEMAKING / VINIFICATION:

Grapes are cultivated according to the method of Organic Agriculture, which is free of fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and all other synthetic chemical substances. Candoni Organic Wines are all certified organically grown by the Italian government verification organization.
Fermentation at 13° for 15-20 days in a stainless steel tank.

AGING & BOTTLING:

Aging in steel tanks.

ELEVAGE:

Hand selected grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is then stored in special stainless-steel tanks until bottling.
