Tasting notesThis wine has an intense ruby color with variating highlights of ruby and crimson. Highly aromatic with a bouquet full of spices, dark fruit and a touch of caramel, which lead into a palate of soft tannins and vanilla spice.
Food pairingsEasily complemented by everyday dishes. the spicy nuances pair well with barbecued meat, pizza, salami and aged cheeses like Pecorino.

WINEMAKING / VINIFICATION:
Maceration for 12-15 days at 26° C with daily pump overs.
AGING & BOTTLING:
Once racked, a portion of the wine is aged in small French oak barrels and the remaining in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Fining method used Gelatin . Filtration: Sterile filtration 0,45μm Stabilization: Continuous.
